NDT Scouting’s 2017 NFL Draft Contest Results

The results are in! Our first annual NFL Draft contest is in the books. With a grand total of 446 total participants, I can confidently speak for the entire NDT Scouting team in saying we’re thrilled with the enthusiasm the fans brought to the site and the contest.

Of the possible 14 points for a perfect score, the average score was a meager 5.50. But more importantly, we have a winner! As promised, our winner this year will receive a signed Odell Beckham Jr. jersey and a lifetime membership to NDT Scouting Premium. The top 10 finishers below:

FINAL RANK NAME FINAL SCORE
1 Cliff Long 10
2 Gianni Maffeo 10
T3 Kyle Crabbs 9
T3 Demetrius Pate 9
T3 Rory Gledhill 9
T3 Eric Denneny 9
T7 Zach Haugen 9
T7 Ryan Booher 9
T7 Marc Latini 9
T7 Callen 9

Cliff Long is our 2017 champion, courtesy of a second tiebreaker. Neither Cliff nor Gianni were able to accurately project a Day 3 fit with a prospect and a team; but Cliff did correctly project the first three Senior Bowl participants to be drafted (and put them all in the correct order). His correct slotting of all three Senior Bowl participants was the difference!

A sincere congratulations to Cliff, Gianni, Demetrius, Rory, Eric, Zach, Ryan, Marc and Callen for tremendous performances this year!

Be sure to stay plugged in through the website all year long, this is not the last contest of the year and you will all have the opportunity to mix it up with the NDT Scouting team and prove your mettle and football smarts.
