2018 Missouri Tigers prospect primer

Below are notable Missouri Tigers players eligible for the 2018 NFL Draft. Missouri has a few top offensive starters returning after having one of the SEC’s best offensive attacks last season. If Missouri can upgrade their defense, they may be able to shock a few teams in 2017.

Quarterback Drew Lock – 6’4”, 225 lbs. – Junior

In a deep 2018 QB draft class, I do not expect Lock to declare early. However, Lock led the SEC in passing last season. He has an NFL QBs frame and after starting for 3 years, he could look to make the jump.

Wide Receiver J’Mon Moore – 6’3”, 205 lbs. – Redshirt Senior

Moore had more receiving yards than all 2018 draft eligible WRs in the SEC from last season. He does well to use his tall and slender frame to adjust on contested catches. There have been rumors of character concerns. However, with another thousand-yard season, he’ll be the second WR in Missouri Tigers history since Jeremy Maclin to obtain 1,000 receiving yds. in two seasons.

Defensive Lineman Marcell Frazier- 6’5”, 265 lbs. – Redshirt Senior

Frazier began to make his mark late last season when he recorded 6.5 sacks in the final 3 games. He has had time to learn from several notable defensive linemen at Missouri. Now he should be next in line to carry the torch of Missouri’s #DLineZOU.

Roger Dixon Jr

Roger is a native of Orlando, FL. After excelling in DII football his first 2 seasons, he fulfilled his lifelong dream of playing on the Florida Gators football team, where he was named Special Teams Player of the Year and Team Captain. He earned his degree in Economics from UF's Warrington College of Business. Roger brings a passion for football and unique perspective of what it takes to be successful in football at the highest level.
